My Panasonic Performance Plus upright vacuum has a new bag, a new belt and pretty good suction. Suddenly its either laying down dust/dirt or not picking up the same from our rugs.
The longer i vacuum, the more fine grained dust shows up on the surface of the rugs. But when we toss down rice or salt, it picks it up fine. It is completely illogical and we've tested everything we can. Ideas???? Has anyone ever experienced this? I've had vacuums for 30 years and haven't a clue. Thanks.
i think i see your problem, you are throwing dirt on the floor, stop that and you should be fine
Have you tried playing around with the fuses in it? I find putting in larger capacity fuses sometimes massively improves performance for a short amount of time. This usually results in a fire though, so make sure you have a bucket of water at the ready!
sometimes fire is the best thing for a crappy hoover though

burn the bastard and get a dyson w00t
